This Privacy Policy describes how ClickThere Marketing, LLC, doing business as TrustedCount ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and service. We act as a data processor for conversion data our customers send us, and as a data controller for information about our customers themselves.
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email, company name, and billing details. Payment data is handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
Conversion data. When you install our tracking snippet on your site, we receive data about purchases and conversions — including order value, order ID, product information, referrer, UTM parameters, click IDs, IP address, user agent, and country. This data is processed on behalf of our customer (you) and belongs to them.
Usage data. When you use our dashboard, we collect log data, device and browser information, and product analytics so we can improve the service.
Cookies. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies on our marketing site.
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; to process payments; to provide customer support; to communicate about the Service and product updates; to detect and prevent abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.
Our customers are responsible for deciding what data to send to us through the tracking snippet and for complying with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar regimes) when doing so. This includes disclosing the use of tracking to site visitors, obtaining consent where required, and honoring opt-out and deletion requests.
If you are an end user of a site that uses TrustedCount and want to exercise your rights regarding your data, please contact the operator of that site. We'll assist them in responding as their processor.
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service, including:
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
We retain conversion data for the period configured by the account owner, or for the duration of the customer relationship plus a reasonable backup period. Account information is retained while your account is active and for a period after closure as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular review of our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
We operate globally and may transfer data across borders, including to the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
TrustedCount is not intended for use by children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. TrustedCount may update or modify this Privacy Policy or Terms of Service at any time and such updated versions will be posted on the Site. You are responsible for periodically checking the Agreement and Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Site and/or the Services after this Agreement and/or Privacy Policy are updated shall be deemed acceptance of any such updated Agreement and/or Privacy Policy.
